Honey-colored coral, crisp, brilliant blue and fruity, tropical orange: Pantone‘s color trend report for Spring/Summer 2023 is here, and it’s bold. The experts from the Pantone Color Institute introduced 10 shades that “integrate tradition and innovation, combining our need for brightness and vibrant positivity with calm toned tones.”

The colors and their vivid descriptions are as follows:

“As we envision our future, we embrace the freedom to colorfully express our individuality without limitations,” Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute, said in a press release. “Experiencing a creative liberation that transcends previous norms, we adapt and invent new pairings and contrasting harmonies.”

These vibrant, London Fashion Week-inspired colors are expected to rule the runway next spring and summer, but Pantone didn’t forget about the classics. The brand’s latest color report also featured five new spring/summer 2023 classics, with neutral hues meant to convey calm and stillness.
